Domestic & international shipping

Tranqui Prints is a small artist-run business. Domestic orders are shipped out every 2 business days via USPS Priority mail (which can take from 5-7 business days). If you require faster shipping or would like to pick up your items directly from the studio in Little Haiti, Miami, select this option from the drop-down shipping menu at check-out. International orders will be priced with FedEx shipping rates

returns & exchanges

Our Store is happy to accept online returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Shipping charges will be deducted from the cost of the returned item. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. 

damaged or faulty goods

Products undergo multiple rounds of inspections for any imperfections. If we do miss something, however, please notify us immediately with an email sent to [info@tranquiprints.com], your order number, a photo of the item you purchased and a short description of the damage you noticed. We’ll do our best to refund or exchange your item in a timely manner.
